Brief

Through a mutual connection, we heard about the start-up, Unboxed Pride, and the amazing mission they were on. Being an Australian-first online platform for LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, we wanted to do what we could support them with their launch during World Pride 2023.

Insights

We learned staggering statistics - LGBTQIA+ people are nearly 6 times more likely to be diagnosed with depression and 30% are unaware of crisis support or specialist services in times of need. We also learned to sensitively curate copy, to address transformational journeys and mental health - tonally.

Outcome

We crafted a launch film that was daring and colourful, but led with authenticity and empathy, with Unboxed Pride’s key message ‘Be Seen. Be Heard. Be You.’ woven throughout. Supported by key artwork and social templates, with bespoke photography and icon packages, to enhance their presence and grow their reach.
