One of the greatest parts of calling the largest island in the world home, is that we’re surrounded by beautiful rugged coastlines, white sand beaches and clear blue ocean waters.

To celebrate World Ocean Day, Studio Air decided to make some commitments to help keep our oceans clean.

As a team, we’ve committed to:

1. Using eco-friendly laundry detergents to stop nasty chemicals from polluting the ocean.

2. Picking up rubbish whenever we see it at our local beaches.

3. Buying sustainably caught fish to help endangered ocean wildlife rebuild.

4. Using guppy bags for washing clothes made with polyester, acrylic, and nylon to stop microplastics from going into the ocean.

5. Using less water and finding ways to recycle it, like giving it to plants.

6. Learning more about the importance of our natural resources and oceans.

Sometimes it’s hard to make big changes all at once, and so we’re integrating one small change at a time and then adding another!
